Ripercuotere is almost always used reflexively as ripercuotersi su — 'to have repercussions on': la crisi si ripercuote sull'economia (the crisis has repercussions on the economy). It is an irregular verb (like percuotere): past participle ripercosso. It takes essere as auxiliary in the reflexive form.
