Sognatore is the masculine form; the feminine is sognatrice. It can describe a person given to daydreaming or an idealistic visionary. The plural forms are sognatori (m) and sognatrici (f). Common in both literal and figurative use: è un sognatore = 'he's a dreamer / an idealist'.
