Titanico describes something of enormous scale or requiring superhuman effort: uno sforzo titanico (a titanic effort). Like other -ico adjectives, the masculine plural is titanici and the feminine plural titaniche. It is primarily literary or journalistic; in everyday speech enorme or gigantesco is more common.
