Ammucchiata literally means a pile or heap of things (un'ammucchiata di libri = a pile of books), but in informal/vulgar usage it also refers to a group sexual act. Context determines which sense is meant; exercise caution in ambiguous situations. The verb is ammucchiare (to pile up).
