Also means
again
Usage Note
Ancora means 'still' (sei ancora qui? = 'are you still here?'), 'yet' in negative sentences (non è ancora arrivato = 'he hasn't arrived yet'), and 'again' (ancora una volta = 'once more'). Do not confuse with the noun àncora (anchor), which has different stress on the first syllable.
