Usage Note
Fortemente is the adverb formed from forte (strong). It is used to intensify verbs and adjectives: fortemente convinto (strongly convinced), fortemente sconsigliato (strongly advised against). In spoken Italian molto or davvero often replace it, so fortemente skews written and formal. It is not an intensifier for nouns — use molto there.
