Usage Note
Implicitamente is the adverbial form of implicito and is primarily used in formal, legal, and academic prose to indicate that something is understood without being stated. Its antonym is esplicitamente. In everyday speech Italians more often say senza dirlo (without saying it) or tacitamente (tacitly).
