Usage Note
Marketing is an unchanged English loanword in Italian, fully adopted into business and everyday language. It is invariable (no Italian plural form) and always masculine: il marketing, i piani di marketing. The stress follows the English pattern. The field is sometimes called commercializzazione in formal or bureaucratic Italian, but marketing is overwhelmingly preferred in practice.
