Usage Note
Persa is the feminine singular form of the past participle perso (from perdere, to lose). As an adjective it agrees with a feminine noun: una chiave persa (a lost key). The seed listed it as a verb with infinitive 'persa', which is incorrect—persa has no infinitive; the infinitive of the source verb is perdere.
Examples
"Ho trovato una borsa persa per strada."
Natural Translation
I found a lost bag on the street.
