Rischioso agrees in gender and number: rischiosa, rischiosi, rischiose. It is the common adjective for something that carries risk. Pericoloso (dangerous) implies more immediate physical danger, while rischioso focuses on the probability of a bad outcome: un investimento rischioso (a risky investment).
