Sfornare literally means to remove something from the oven (sfornare il pane — to take the bread out of the oven). Figuratively, and very commonly, it means to 'churn out' or produce something rapidly and in quantity: sfornare idee (to churn out ideas), sfornare figli (to have children in rapid succession, informal). It is a first-conjugation verb; past participle sfornato.
