Tranquillità is invariable in the plural. It describes inner peace as well as the peaceful quality of a place or situation (la tranquillità della campagna, the tranquillity of the countryside). The phrase in tutta tranquillità means 'calmly' or 'without any fuss'. The related adjective is tranquillo (calm, quiet).
