Usage Note

Nerazzurro (literally 'black-blue') is primarily a football term identifying FC Internazionale (Inter Milan), whose colours are black and blue stripes. It can refer to the club, its players, or supporters — i nerazzurri is the standard nickname for Inter. Less commonly it describes the colours of other clubs (e.g. Atalanta). Outside football contexts it is rarely used.
