Usage Note
Aggirare literally means to move around an obstacle, and figuratively to circumvent a rule or difficulty: aggirare un ostacolo, aggirare la legge. The reflexive aggirarsi means to wander about: si aggira per la città (he wanders around the city). Uses avere as auxiliary.
